O Serviço de Investigação Criminal, através da sua Direcção Central de combate ao crime Organizado, deteve em flagrante delito um cidadão nacional de 32 anos de idade, identificado por Dário Augusto Silvestre, por factos que configuram crimes de falsificação de documentos, extorsão, corrupção e roubo, consubstanciado no facto de ter falsificado um passe do SIC e actuar como se de agente de autoridade se tratasse.

Segundo a nota que o Jornal Hora H teve acesso, o cidadão ora detido, solicitou um empréstimo de 3.500.000Kz, (Três milhões de Kwanzas), no mês de Julho, e no momento da recepção do valor entregou como garantia do compromisso uma cópia do passe de serviço do SIC falsa.
Feita a verificação e comprovado trata-se de um documento falso, o SIC despoletou acções operacionais que culminaram com a detenção deste em flagrante delito, na localidade do Morro Bento, município de Luanda.
O SIC, apurou que o cidadão em causa, usando o passe, actuava como se de efectivo se tratasse, realizando detenções, que culminavam com acções de extorsão e corrupção, fazendo disso o seu modo de vida, pois nunca trabalhou em nenhuma instituição pública ou privada.
Face a gravidade da conduta, aliado ao facto do seu envolvimento em grupos organizados que se fazem passar por agentes de autoridade para realizar assaltos, violações, entre outros crimes, o cidadão ora detido será presente ao Ministério Público e na sequência ao Juiz de Garantias para ulteriores trâmites processuais.
