O Chefe de Estado, João Lourenço, nomeou, ontem, o comissário Francisco Monteiro Ribas da Silva para o cargo de delegado provincial do Ministério do Interior e comandante provincial de Luanda da Polícia Nacional, em substituição do comissário-chefe Eduardo Cerqueira.
Antes da sua nomeação, Francisco Ribas, que já chegou a ocupar o cargo de 2° Comandante da Polícia Nacional em Luanda, foi exonerado do cargo de comandante provincial do Huambo e promovido ao posto policial de comissário-chefe.
O comissário-chefe Eduardo Cerqueira para o cargo de conselheiro do comandante-geral da Polícia Nacional.
