NOVAMENTE A POLICIA: PN DETÉM PROFESSOR QUE ORGANIZOU MARCHA DE ALUNOS PARA REIVINDICARAM CARTEIRAS
A Polícia angolana deteve um professor que organizou uma marcha de alunos para exigirem novas carteiras numa escola do município de Viana, província de Luanda, informaram hoje as autoridades.
Segundo o porta-voz do comando provincial de Luanda da Polícia Nacional, Nestor Goubel, o professor liderou uma marcha de aproximadamente 300 alunos, com o objectivo de chegarem à repartição de educação de Viana, “para reclamar contra a falta de carteiras, para acomodação dos alunos”.
Tendo em conta a situação, “a polícia foi accionada pela direcção da escola, na pessoa do director, João Paulo de Oliveira, (segundo o qual), antes da saída da escola, por instigação do próprio professor, já haviam danificado cerca de 50 carteiras”, disse.
Nestor Goubel frisou que o professor é acusado de organizar uma marcha não autorizada e do crime de danos materiais, avaliados em 1,7 milhões de kwanzas (cerca de 4.000 euros).
“Cada carteira tem o preço unitário de 35 mil kwanzas (82 euros), o que perfaz um global de 1,750 milhões de kwanzas”, sublinhou o porta-voz da Polícia de Luanda.
Informações que circularam nas redes sociais sobre o caso davam conta que a polícia fez disparos para dispersar os manifestantes.
Em declarações à agência Lusa, Nestor Goubel disse que foi aberto um inquérito para se apurar a veracidade desta informação e “vão ser assacadas responsabilidades”.
“Em princípio, parece que o professor mostrou resistência. Ele levou meninos de 12, 15 anos, para essa manifestação, com todas as consequências, barraram estradas, parecia que estava a cumprir uma outra agenda”, frisou.
Segundo o porta-voz da Polícia de Luanda, o professor tem apenas 15 dias de trabalho na instituição “e já se propõe a realizar uma marcha”.
“Quando a polícia é solicitada para intervir, ele colocou uma série de obstáculos, quase que afrontou a polícia em cenas de desacato, mas foi aberto um inquérito para saber até que ponto é que isto confere com a verdade dos factos”, realçou.
