Gimi, disse ainda que esta manifestação de Angola é uma forma do nosso Estado chamar a atenção de Joe Biden, de modos que o Presidente Norte-americano perceba que Angola está do seu lado.
“Isso é importante porque João Lourenço teve uma governação de cinco anos totalmente fracassada do ponto de vista da diplomacia presidencial, várias vezes tentou visitar América e ser recebido pelos líderes, mas não teve sucesso e essa é uma oportunidade que conseguiu para redireccionar a sua política externa, e que Biden perceba que Angola está do seu lado” disse.
De acordo com Gimi Panzo, entre cooperar com a Russia ou com os Estados Unidos da América, é importante que se coopere com EUA “porque para além do apoio económico, também tem o militar e nós estamos muito próximo dos países que estão a correr golpe de Estado e os Estados Unidos, tem uma experiência avançada sobre Serviço de Inteligência que é um mecanismo para combater golpes de Estado”. Argumentou Gimi Panzo.
Panzo entende ser um risco tal posição, mas considera que poderá ser um risco mais agravante caso Joe Biden não considerar esse aspecto.
“No meu ponto de vista, antes de marcarmos este passo temos que saber o que Biden está a fazer com os Estados que estão a apoiar a Russia, porque não basta apenas dizer que é preciso parar com a guerra que eu apoio o fulano ou sicrano, é necessário pensar, depois deste risco o que nós teremos.
