Luanda – Técnico de Contabilidade do Gabinete Provincial da Saúde na Huíla detido pelo Serviço de Investigação Criminal por desviar mais de 17 milhões de kwanzas destinado ao pagamento de subsídios aos enfermeiros da campanha de prevenção e combate a COVID-19 na província da Huíla.

Segundo a fonte do Jornal Hora H, o Técnico de contabilidade, já sob custódia da Direcção do Serviço de Investigação Criminal da Huíla, desde o dia 17 de Agosto para responsabilização criminal, foi apresentado nesta sexta-feira, 23, no edifício sede daquele departamento do Ministério do Interior, na cidade do Lubango, bairro Lucrécia.
“Os 17 milhões e seis mil kwanzas desviados eram parte de um total de 102 milhões de kwanzas que o Ministério da Saúde disponibilizou ao Gabinete Provincial da Saúde para o pagamento de subsídios aos enfermeiros envolvidos na campanha de prevenção e combate a covid-19 na Huíla” esclareceu o porta-voz ao Hora H.
Sobre os modos de actuação para o desvio dos montantes, Segunda Kitumba contou que “o cidadão em causa transferia o valor para a conta da sua tia, enfermeira do Hospital do Lubango na área da Pediatria. Depois de conseguir transferir 12 milhões de kwanzas, de forma faseada foi realizando outras transferências que, dos cálculos feitos, ficou na equivalência de 5 milhões e 6 mil kwanzas”. Disse o porta-voz que confirmou já a recuperação dos valores desviados, bem como a detenção do técnico de contabilidade do Gabinete Provincial da Saúde e da tia, enfermeira do Hospital do Lubango.
DETIDOS VIOLADORES SEXUAIS
Ainda no mesmo acto, o Serviço de Investigação Criminal na província da Huíla, apresentou dois cidadãos, detidos por crime de abuso sexual contra menores de idade.
Entre os detidos por abuso sexual e já sobre si aplicada a pena mais gravosa que é a prisão preventiva na Comarca do Lubango, “está um cidadão de 20 anos que levou forçosamente para a sua casa uma menor de 14 anos, enquanto esta regressava da escola. Tendo o jovem mantido relações sexuais com a mesma no seu quarto onde manteve a menor trancada por dois dias”.
O outro acusado das mesmas práticas, disse o porta-voz do SIC-Huíla, é “um cidadão de 18 anos que terá abusado sexualmente da sua prima de nove anos quando esta solicitou a sua ajuda para fazer o trabalho de casa, ao que se aproveitou da ocasião, e porque estava sozinho com a menor, manteve relações com a mesma”, concluiu.
