Na ocasião, o Secretário de Estado para Economia Ivan Santos, fez saber que 80% do que é produzido á nível agrícola sai da agricultura familiar, dos quais 90% das terras cultivadas também são da agricultura familiar, tendo frisado que este empenho, demonstra que é a agricultura familiar que tem conduzido o processo de produção nacional e tem contribuído imensamente para a diversificação da economia e o aumento da produção nacional.
