UNTA ASSINA ACORDO DE CONSTRUÇÃO DE RESIDÊNCIAS PARA TRABALHADORES FILIADOS
A União Nacional dos Trabalhadores de Angola (UNTA-CS) firmou nesta quinta-feira, 5, uma parceria com a empresa Nwani-Imóveis para a construção de residências no projecto habitacional urbanização Villas do Vitrona, localizado no Distrito Urbano de Bela, Vila Verde, a 15 km da centralidade do Kilamba em Luanda, para os trabalhadores da Educação, Cultura, Desporto e Comunicação Social, filiados ao sindicato.

Segundo o secretário da Comissão executiva federal, Zacarias Jeremias, mais do que preocupação com a questão de habitação para os trabalhadores, a iniciativa surge para “favorecer os sindicalistas desfavorecidos”, com vista a realização do sonho da casa própria.
“Normalmente o que temos observado são residências compradas em valores muito altos e com o salário de um professor, por exemplo, é difícil termos uma casa em condições, razão pela qual tivemos que criar este projecto e estamos a falar de casas com muita qualidade”, garantiu, Zacarias Jeremias.
O valor total para o pagamento da casa, inacabada, com reboque interno e externo, chão bruto e cobertura numa área de 300 m2 é de 9 milhões e quinhentos mil kwanzas e o Pagamento em renda resolúvel durante 14 anos em duas modalidades.
De acordo com Jeremias, na primeira modalidade o candidato poderá pagar dois milhões e 400 mil kwanzas e receberá a residência num período de oito meses, onde irá fazer o pagamento no valor de 42 mil kwanzas mês, e na segunda modalidade, o sindicalista paga sessenta mil kwanzas, por mês, para recepção da casa em 4 anos.
“Este é um meio-termo que chegamos com a empresa construtora no sentido de podermos possibilitar com que todos consigam fazer este pagamento, mas cada candidato pode encurtar o prazo da entrega, para além dos 60 mil kwanzas, adicionando algum valor”, disse o líder sindical ao Jornal Hora H.
O também advogado, garantiu que, tão logo o pagamento da primeira prestação, o candidato terá acesso ao direito de superfície, sendo a garantia de que o espaço pertence ao trabalhador.
Para a aquisição do imóvel é necessário o trabalhador estar filiado ao sindicato, uma vez que o projecto não está aberto para o público, segundo disse o secretário da Comissão executiva federativa Zacarias Jeremias.
