SIC DETÉM COMANDANTE DE EVANDRO ARAGÃO SUSPEITO DE MANDAR MATAR COLEGA
O Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC-Luanda) deteve na passada terça-feira, 22, o superintendente Evandro Aragão, Comandante Municipal de Belas da Polícia Nacional, por suspeita de estar envolvido no assassinato de um subordinado, um 3.º sub-chefe, que ocorreu na via pública no dia 03 desde mês, em Luanda.
Além do Comandante municipal Aragão estão detidos mais cinco efectivos, afectos àquele comando de Polícia, entre os quais o chefe das operações da unidade onde o 3.º sub-chefe, assassinado, escalado no dia que decorreu o homicídio.
“Confirmamos, sim, a detenção do comandante municipal e de mais cinco efectivos por envolvimento no crime de homicídio contra um subordinado do seu comando”, confirmou ao Novo Jornal uma fonte do SIC-Luanda, que preferiu não ser identificada.
Segundo a fonte do Jornal Hora H, a detenção do comandante da Polícia de Belas, pelo SIC- Luanda, está relacionada com a morte, por assassinato, do 3.º sub-chefe da Polícia Nacional, de 46 anos, afecto a uma esquadra da Polícia do distrito urbano do Benfica, que foi morto, na via pública, com 10 tiros.
De acordo com os familiares da vítima, o 3.º sub-chefe estava a ser obrigado pelos superiores a assumir um homicídio, que supostamente não cometeu, e que tem a ver com a morte de alguns marginais capturados pela Polícia Nacional naquele território.
Segundo a família, a vítima terá confessado em casa que era perseguido já há alguns meses por colegas de serviço pelo facto de ter confessado à Polícia Judiciária (PJ), quando foi chamado a esclarecer o assunto, que os marginais não foram mortos por ele, mas sim por outros elementos de uma unidade desconhecida, visto que entregou vivos os meliantes capturados.
“Ele foi chamado à PJ para prestar depoimento sobre o caso, mas antes de ir para lá, foi à sua unidade informar os superiores sobre a convocatória. Para o seu espanto, foi-lhe dito que os meliantes que prenderam no dia 03 de Fevereiro e que levaram para unidade morreram”, facto que ele mesmo negou, conta a fonte, acrescentando que o 3.º sub-chefe jurou ter entregado os marginais vivos aos oficiais da unidade.
A família conta que o polícia assassinado não mais teve paz e passou a ser perseguido por supostos colegas até ser morto no dia 03 deste mês na via pública com 10 tiros em frente ao filho.
Entretanto, como o agente já suspeitava de uma emboscada, contratou um advogado e deixou por escrito toda a história numa agenda que entregou à família e a este causídico.
Investigado o assunto, o SIC-Luanda terá encontrado elementos que comprometem o comandante municipal de Belas da Polícia Nacional, assim com outros elementos afectos àquele comando, por suspeita do crime de homicídio ao 3.º sub-chefe.
