MPLA REALIZA REUNIÃO ESTRATÉGICA PARA A REVITALIZAÇÃO DAS ESTRUTURAS
A Vice-Presidente do MPLA, Luísa Damião, presidiu nesta quarta-feira (16) no Complexo Turístico do Futungo II, uma reunião com os segundos secretários provinciais, que visa dentre outros objectivos, responder positivamente aos desafios que se impõem para a revitalização das estruturas partidárias.
Participam também no encontro, os secretários dos departamentos ligados as áreas da Organização e Mobilização, Política de Quadros, e dos Assuntos Políticos e Eleitorais, para materialização e fortalecimento das estratégias do Partido.
Ao fazer o discurso de abertura, Luísa Damião, aferiu que o novo quadro demográfico, marcado pela predominância da juventude, promove em todas as sociedades e em particular em Angola, “o surgimento de novos sujeitos e actores políticos, alterando significativamente a configuração do cenário político e da sua percepção”.
Ao contextualizar os desafios do Partido, apontou que continuam a ser direccionados para a implementação de mecanismos eficientes de comunicação com os distintos eleitores, sem ruídos e monólogos e que promovam a unidade e a interacção constante com e entre os militantes, e com os quadros aos vários níveis, tendo em conta a melhoria do “nosso score político em 2027”.
Chamou a responsabilidade dos segundos secretários provinciais, para continuarem a assegurar a materialização das orientações dos órgãos e organismos superiores do Partido, no domínio da organização e mobilização, tarefas que , Luísa Damião, considerou essenciais para vencer os desafios do presente e do futuro.
Augurou que a reunião permita trazer, sobretudo, o redobrar dos esforços ao nível do trabalho político para continuar a criar inovações na forma de fazer política, que requer cada vez mais inteligência estratégica, mais unidade e coesão, que sempre acompanhou o percurso de lutas e vitórias do MPLA.
Após, o discurso de abertura, os delegados deram início aos debates sobre os temas reservados para o encontro, com destaques para, o Regulamento Geral de Organização, as Directivas sobre a realização das assembleias de balanços, os dados estatísticos entre outros.
Fazem-se igualmente presentes os secretários do Bureau Político do MPLA, designadamente, os Camaradas Ângela Bragança, Maricel Capama, Gonçalves Muandumba e Pedro Teta.
