Um cidadão nacional de 29 anos de idade, de nome Carlos António Campos, foi detido pelo SIC/Malanje por alegada prática do crime de Abuso Sexual de uma menor de 5 anos de idade, no sábado, 25, no Sector Cambondo do Cuiji, bairro Camitobo, depois deste ter embriagado a mãe que acabou por adormecer.

O crime ocorreu quando a mãe da menor (prima do acusado) encontravam-se na sua residência em companhia do implicado, a consumirem bebida alcoólica, dado estado ébrio, a Jovem adormeceu numa outra moradia, segundo o Chefe de Comunicação Institucional e Imprensa do SIC/Malanje, Augusto André.
Aproveitando-se da ocasião, Carlos Campo (o visado), dirigiu-se no quarto onde se achava a dormir a menor, tirou as vestes da pequena e abusou-a sexualmente, sem fazer uso de preservativo, e permaneceu no local, disse.
A mãe, apercebeu-se dos factos quando a menor contorcia-se de dor, questionada, alegou que foi abusada pelo visado.
Os familiares da lesada, inconformados com comportamento do acusado dirigiram-se ao piquete do SIC onde formalizaram a queixa-crime contra o cidadão de 29 anos de idade.
Os efectivos do SIC/Malanje, após tomarem conhecimento da ocorrência, desencadearam diligências que culminou na localização e consequente detenção do implicado, que será presente ao Ministério Público, para os trâmites legais.
