HOMICÍDIOS EM MALANJE: SIC DETÉM E DESMANTELA ASSOCIAÇÃO CRIMINOSA DENOMINADA “OS CABEÇAS”
MALANJE- O Serviço de Investigação Criminal em Malanje, através dos seus Departamentos Operativos, no âmbito do combate a criminalidade, foi tomando com muita preocupação a ocorrência de crimes de Roubos com recurso à armas de fogo no centro da cidade de Malanje, com maior realce nos Bairros Carreira de tiro e Cangambo, que pela sua natureza criam sentimentos de insegurança no seio da população, com isto, foi iniciado um aturado trabalho investigativo, com propósito de se determinar e esclarecer tais crimes, afirma a nota de imprensa enviada hoje a Redacção do Jornal Hora H.
De acordo com o Inspector-Chefe Augusto Barros André, Fruto de um aturado trabalho de inteligência criminal desencadeado pelos efectivos deste Órgão, foi possível desmantelar uma Associação Criminosa denominada os Cabeça envolvidos nos crimes de homicídio qualificado em razão dos Motivos em que foi vitíma o cidadão que em vida chamou-se Marcos Viera José Caholo, solteiro de 34 anos de idade, 3° Sub-Chefe da Policia Nacional, Roubo de valores monetários com recurso a Arma de fogo no interior de residência onde os implicados retiraram 20.000usd, 1.000.00 Randes, 150 €uros, 180.000
00kz e Roubos no interior de residência onde os mesmo subtraíram fios de ouro, nesta parcela do território nacional nos bairros da Carreira de Tiro e Cangambo.
Submetidos em entrevista operativa, os implicados confessaram a autoria dos crimes na província de Malanje, alegaram que residem a província de Luanda, tiveram que sair da cidade em função dos vídeos dos assaltos que viralizou nas redes sociais, onde 02 deslocaram à província de Malanje e outro para província da Huíla, confessaram ainda terem praticado diversos crimes na Província de Luanda a destacar Roubos com recurso à arma de fogo de diversos computadores, telemóveis e tabletes em duas agências, 01° na Mutamba, 02° na Avenida Brasil assim como de valores em kz 8.000.000.00, no interior de uma viatura de marca toyota modelo Hilux, na via expressa, Avenida Fidel de Castro, os assaltos eram realizados com apoio de motoqueiros.
Importa referir, que os efectivos deste serviço após tomarem conhecimento das acções da referida Associação na Capital do País, desencadeou-se acções operativas província de Luanda, na sequência das diligências na referida cidade, os Efectivos do SIC/Malanje em coordenação com SIC/Luanda, foi possível deter mais 03 cidadãos nacionais integrantes da Associação acima citada, 01 em posse de uma pistola com respectivo carregador, 01 em posse de uma Caixa contendo 57 munições, 01 efectivo das FAA como fornecedor das Armas de Fogos e munições usada pelos meliantes na comissão dos seus crimes, onde comercializava ao preço por pistola 250.000.00, as munições comercializava ao preço de 50.000.00kz por caixa.
Na operação foram detidos 06 cidadãos nacionais, Fmoroso João Sebastião, tcp, por Sabadão, Nilson Miguel Figueira tcp, Kote, Eliseu Figueira Futa tcp, Taigar, Miguel Afonso, tcp Bruxo, Evanilson José Nzunza, tcp Tchutchu, Francisco Roque, tcp Boy Dji e Eva Figueira Victor tcp Vania, com idade compreendidas de 21 a 29 anos, dentre eles, uma feminina, esposa do líder do grupo onde a mesma guardava a arma de fogo do marido assim como os meios furtados.
Salientar que as investigações levadas a cabo, não só permitiram a detenção dos acusados, os efectivos do SIC/Malanje procederam a recuperação de 3.300.00usd, 150 €uros, 1.700.00 Randes, 524.000.00kz, 02 pistolas com 03 carregadores de marcas gericho e star e 94 munições, cartões multi-caixa de BPC, BCI, Keve e Joias (Fios de ouros).
Diligências prosseguem para se apurar outros delitos em que os mesmos estejam envolvidos
Os implicados foram presentes ao Ministério público para trâmites que se impõem, tendo sido conduzidos ao Estabelecimento Prisional de Malanje.
