JLO AUTORIZA DESPESA DE 38 MILHÕES USD POR AJUSTE DIRECTO PARA COMPRA DE ‘SCANNERS’ PARA A AGT
O Presidente João Lourenço voltou a autorizar a celebração de mais um contrato por ajuste directo, no valor de 38 milhões USD (19,5 mil milhões de kwanzas), para a aquisição e manutenção de 55 equipamentos de inspecção não instrutiva (scanners) para a Administração Geral Tributária (AGT).
De acordo com o Despacho Presidencial n.º 43/23, de 2 de Março, o contrato será celebrado com o consórcio constituído pelas empresas VC Horizonte 21, S.A, Milembo Limitada e a Nuctech.
Além das referidas compras, na mesma resolução, o titular do poder executivo autoriza mais uma despesa de 2,9 milhões de dólares norte-americanos (1,5 mil milhões de kwanzas) para a contratação de serviço de manutenção de 14 scanners já existentes na AGT com a empresa ANTECH-Comércio e Indústria (SU), Limitada.
No documento, João Lourenço delega à ministra das Finanças, Vera Daves de Sousa, competência, com faculdade para subdelegar, para a prática dos actos decisórios e de aprovação tutelar correspondente às peças do procedimento contratual, verificação da validade e legalidade dos actos praticados no âmbito do referido procedimento, incluindo a assinatura do contrato.
