NO K. NORTE: SIC DETÉM FUNCIONÁRIO DO TRIBUNAL ACUSADO DE VIOLAR SEXUALMENTE MENOR DE 16 ANOS
Um cidadão nacional de 45 anos de idade, funcionário do Tribunal da Comarca de Cazengo, exercendo a função de Escrivão de Direito está detido preventivamente, desde 06 de Fevereiro de 2023, nas celas do serviço de investigação Criminal do Kwanza Norte.

De acordo com o porta-voz do órgão, Inspector-Chefe de Investigação Criminal, Adão Morais “Babau“, os operacionais do MININT local, detiveram o referido funcionário do tribunal da Comarca do Cazengo, cujo nome não foi revelado, mediante queixa dos progenitores ao Piquete Integral do SIC local.
O suposto prevaricador, está ser acusado no crime de abuso sexual de uma menor de 16 anos de idade, o referido acto ocorreu em meados de Novembro do ano transacto, disse a fonte do Jornal Hora H.
De acordo com as declarações prestadas pela menor na presença dos pais, o indivíduo a aliciava com valores monetários, sendo que a última cópula mantida com a mesma, foi de forma forçosa, levando-a num matagal, que dista sensivelmente há 11 km da cidade capital do Kwanza Norte.
Após a detenção do implicado em causa, foi encaminhado ao digno Magistrado do Ministério Público, que decidiu aplicar-lhe a medida de coação mais gravosa, a de prisão preventiva, tendo sido encaminhado imediatamente ao estabelecimento Penitenciário da Comarca do Kwanza, onde aguarda o devido julgamento.
