A MÁFIA DOS CRÉDITOS: SIC APREENDE BENS DA EMPRESA XTAGIARIOUS FINANCE
O Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC) procedeu, na quarta-feira, 16, no Distrito Urbano do Zango, em Luanda, à apreensão de vários bens do proprietario da empresa Xtagiarious Finance , Edson Caetano de Oliveira.
Na lista de bens apreendidos consta constam 26 residências do tipo T3 e T2 (18 inacabadas) situadas no Projecto Cajueiro , Zango 4, duas quintas (Kikuxi e Calumbo), quatro terrenos de grandes dimensões (Zango), quatro viaturas, uma clínica e duas lojas no Zango 3.
De acordo com uma nota do Gabinete de Comunicação Institucional e Imprensa do SIC a que a ANGOP teve acesso, a apreensão é resultado do processo-crime do qual Edson Caetano é arguido.
“Depois da detenção do arguido, no dia 5 de Outubro de 2022, por recebimento de valores estimados em mais de cinco milhões de Kwanzas, a mais de três mil cidadãos, esta apreensão resulta do despacho do Ministério Público que emergiu no quadro da necessidade de se apreender todos os bens afectos ao arguido que foram adquiridos com dinheiro resultante da acção ilícita”, lê-se na nota do SIC.
O SIC refere, igualmente, que diligências prosseguem para determinar a existência de mais bens resultantes da acção criminosa.
O proprietário da empresa Xtagiarious Finance, Edson Caetano de Oliveira, de 33 anos de idade, foi detido a 5 de Outubro, em Benguela, pelo SIC.
Edson Caetano de Oliveira foi detido mediante mandado emitido pelo Ministério Público, por acusações da prática dos crimes de usura, associação criminosa e burla por defraudação.
