P-NJANGO DESMENTE EXTINÇÃO DO PARTIDO
O assessor da presidência do Partido Nacionalista para Justiça de Angola (P-NJANGO), António Miguel, disse, ontem, que é falsa a noticia posta a circular sobre uma suposta extinção da organização pelo Tribunal Constitucional.
Segundo o responsável, em nenhum momento o Tribunal fez alguma comunicação oficial sobre uma eventual extinção, pelo que as informações que circulam não passam de “um falso alarme” com vista a desinformar a opinião pública.
De acordo com António Miguel, actualmente está a decorrer um processo de queixa na Procuradoria-Geral da República, accionada por um grupo de ex-militantes que foram afastados da organização por condutas indecorosas.
Este grupo, frisou, submeteu uma queixa à PGR a pedir a anulação de todos os actos do actual presidente, Dinho Chingunji, pelo que o órgão de justiça remeteu o processo ao Tribunal Constitucional para a devida apreciação.
“Mas, até agora, ainda não fomos comunicados. Aliás, o Tribunal se pronuncia por intermédio de acórdão. E não há, até ao momento, nenhum acórdão do órgão de justiça neste sentido”, apontou.
Para António Miguel, o “falso alarme” faz parte do jogo de perseguição a que está a ser alvo a organização.
“É tudo um jogo para destruir o P-NJANGO. Conhecemos as pessoas que estão a fazer isso. Já nem deviam falar em nome do partido”, frisou.
recordar que, nas eleições de 24 de Agosto, ganhas pelo MPLA, o P-NJANGO obteve 26.867dos votos, perfazendo um total de 0,42%, não tendo, no entanto, eleito nenhum deputado.
