COMISSÃO DA CARTEIRA E ÉTICA PÕE ORDEM NA CLASSE: 5 JORNALISTAS SANCIONADOS
Luanda – Cinco jornalistas de diferentes órgãos de comunicação social públicos e privados foram sancionados, na última quinta-feira 14, com censura registada pela Comissão de Carteira e Ética (CCE), afirma o comunicado de imprensa em posse do Jornal Hora H.

Segundo a nota assinada pela Presidente da CCE, Luísa Rogério, foram sancionados, por dar voz a anúncios publicitários, os jornalistas José Rodrigues e Cristina Miranda, ambos da Luanda Antena Comercial (LAC), e Kinna Santos, da Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
Por seu turno, o jornalista António Muachilela, da RNA, foi sancionado por prestar assessoria de imprensa, enquanto Amílcar Xavier, da TV Zimbo, por prestar serviço de mestre de cerimónia.
De acordo com a nota, Kinna Santos e António Muachilela decidiram depositar os títulos de habilitação na Comissão da Carteira e Ética.
As sanções foram aplicadas nos termos do disposto no n.°4 do artigo 33.° da Lei 5/17 de 23 de Janeiro, Lei Sobre o Estatuto do Jornalista, que prevê que sanção de censura registada é aplicável a faltas leves no exercício da profissão de jornalista e consiste num juízo de reprovação pela infracção disciplinar cometida.
A Comissão da Carteira e Ética é um organismo de direito público, ao qual compete assegurar o funcionamento do sistema de acreditação dos profissionais de informação da Comunicação Social nos termos da Lei número 5/17, de 23 de Janeiro, sobre o Estatuto do Jornalista.
Conforme a Lei, cabe ao Conselho de Ética da Comissão da Carteira e Ética (CCE), organismo de direito público, de âmbito nacional, fazer a auto-regulação do exercício do jornalismo em Angola.
