PRIMEIRO SECRETÁRIO MUNICIPAL DO MPLA PRESIDE ACTO DE ABERTURA OFICIAL DAS SALAS DE AULAS DE CAPACITAÇÃO POLÍTICA
O Distrito Urbano do Rangel acolheu na manhã deste sábado, 25 de novembro, o acto de abertura oficial do programa de capacitação Política, Técnica e Ideológica para os Dirigentes e quadros do MPLA no Município de Luanda.

O acto foi presidido por Lourenço Luís Domingos, Membro da Comissão Executiva do Comité Provincial de Luanda e 1º Secretário Municipal do partido MPLA.
Segundo a nota que o Jornal Hora H teve acesso, a chegada do Primeiro secretário Municipal foi recebido pelo segundo secretário do Distrito Urbano do Rangel Agostinho Cassoma Muecalia, que procedeu à intervenção de boas-vindas, em representação do 1º Secretário do Distrito Urbano Josué Carlos Gourgel Casão.
No acto, Lourenço Domingos, referiu que “ao procedermos à abertura deste ciclo de formação, estamos a responder à Agenda Política do MPLA para o ano de 2023, sobre as necessidades de melhorar a organização do Partido e a sua inserção na sociedade;”
“Melhorar os métodos de trabalho, de mobilização e ocupação dos jovens e mulheres e de resgatar o sentido de amor ao MPLA e de compromisso de acordos com os pontos 2, 4 e 6 da respectiva Agenda Política.”
Lourenço, disse ainda que “estão na era da ciência e da tecnologia, cujo momento, exigi mais compreensão dos fenómenos Políticos, Económicos e Sociais dos Dirigentes e quadros do Partido, para melhor planificar e responder aos desafios actuais e do futuro, no quadro da contínua melhoria das condições de vida do nosso povo, em que o Camarada Presidente João Lourenço está fortemente empenhado.
Prosseguindo, o Primeiro Secretário Municipal referiu que os temas agendados nas 6 (seis) salas de aulas criadas, vai permitir melhor compreensão e tratamento nas matérias sobre o Estatuto, Programa, Regulamentos e Directivas do MPLA.
Administração Central e Local do Estado e noções de Autarquias Locais.
Vai igualmente permitir melhor compressão e tratamento nas matérias sobre Estatística, Disciplina, Ética, e Auditoria Partidária.
Administração e Finanças; Informação e Propaganda, respectivamente.
Por ocasião dos 67 anos da fundação do MPLA, a assinalar no dia 10 de dezembro, o Camarada Primeiro Secretário Municipal mediu o estado de mobilização e lembrou que a festa dos 67 anos da fundação do glorioso MPLA é do POVO e ninguém deve ficar de fora nas mais variadas actividades para assinalar a efeméride.
“No dia 9 de Dezembro vamos todos participar, sob o lema “MPLA – 67 Anos pela Unidade, Progresso e Compromisso por Angola”, do acto Central de massas em saudação ao 10 de dezembro, Dia da fundação do MPLA, todos estamos convidados para o grandioso acto político de massas no Distrito Urbano da Camama.
