Em entrevista à DW, o ex-activista e Deputado explica que, em causa, está um processo aberto em 2021 sobre a publicação, no ano anterior, de vários artigos sobre “corrupção na Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR)”. Nuno Dala é acusado por crimes de “denúncia caluniosa e injúria”.
O deputado admite ainda não estar surpreso com o pedido do presidente do Tribunal Supremo, mas diz-se expectante em saber como “terminará este filme”, uma vez que o próprio juiz Joel Leonardo tem sido acusado de envolvimento em corrupção.

Desconheço os detalhes, mas, do que tenho verificado, por trás deste caso estará o mesmo grupo [responsável pelo] processo aberto no início de 2021, depois de, no ano anterior, ter investigado e publicado, em colaboração com o [jornalista e activista] Rafael Marques, uma série de artigos sobre corrupção na Procuradoria-Geral da República.
