Os membros do Secretariado da Comissão Executiva realizaram, nesta terça-feira, 7 de Novembro, a XI Sessão Ordinária, na Sala 17 de Setembro, no Comité Provincial do Partido em Luanda, presidida por Manuel Homem, membro do Secretariado do Bureau Político do MPLA e 1.º Secretário do Partido em Luanda.

Da reunião, ressaltam-se a apreciação e aprovação do Relatório de Balanço referente ao IIº quadrimestre, plano de actividade referente ao IIIº quadrimestre de (Setembro a Dezembro), assim como as propostas que aprova as Candidaturas ao Cargo de Primeiros Secretários nos Distritos Urbanos.
A XI Sessão Ordinária do Secretariado da Comissão Executiva do Partido em Luanda analisou, igualmente, o estado de preparação do Acto Central das comemorações do 67.º aniversário da fundação do MPLA, que se comemora a 10 de Dezembro.
Os membros do Secretariado da Comissão Executiva enaltecem o Presidente da República, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, que vai proceder, no próximo dia 10 de Novembro, à inauguração do Novo Aeroporto Internacional Dr. António Agostinho Neto, uma importante infra-estrutura de engenharia avançada.
O Secretariado da Comissão Executiva felicita, igualmente, o Chefe de Estado Angolano, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, que durante a Cimeira Extraordinária dos Chefes de Estado da Comunidade de Desenvolvimento da África Austral, realizada no passado dia 4 de Novembro, foi reconhecido pelos esforços empreendidos na qualidade de Campeão da Paz designado pela União Africana.
