PENAS ENCOMENDADAS: JUÍZA DITA SENTENÇA CONTRA OS ACTIVISTAS E ABANDONA A SALA
SISTEMA DE JUSTIÇA DECADENTE CRIA PRESOS POLÍTICOS
No dia 16 de Setembro, uma manifestação foi impedida de acontecer pela polícia e 7 pessoas foram detidas por insistirem numa explicação constitucional para esse impedimento.
Quatro dias depois, 20 de Setembro, acusados de “injúrias contra o presidente”, foram sumariamente julgados, pela “juíza” Maria Vangui Pascoal e condenados 4 desses cidadãos, não pelo crime do qual eram acusados, mas por “Desobediência e Resistência à Ordem Pública”: Adolfo Campos, Gilson da Silva Moreira “Tanaice Neutro”, Hermenegildo André “Gildo das Ruas” e Abraão Pedro Santos. Dois anos e cinco meses. Os demais foram absolvidos e mandados para casa.
O que foi citado como “prova” pelo Ministério Público para pedir a condenação dos manifestantes? Pasme-se: “a palavra (de honra) da polícia nacional”. Literalmente. A avaliação da PNA e, no caso do Tanaice, uma constatação de reincidência, foram as evidências para, levianamente, se privar de liberdade jovens em exercício de um direito constitucional e, assim, se criarem mais presos políticos. Os dizeres ofensivos ao João Lourenço eram “Fora, incompetente” e “Basta de restrições!” (é o que consta da sentença!).
A juíza, no momento da condenação citou apenas 3 nomes e retirou-se precipitadamente da sala de audiência, sem assinar a ata, inviabilizando a interposição de recurso prevista por lei, que suspenderia a sentença em primeira instância.
Mandou nos minutos subsequentes, através do escrivão, um recado para a sala de audiência, indicando que “o Abraão dos Santos também está condenado, incluí-lo na sentença”
Durante 15 dias a defesa não pôde interpôr recurso por não ter acesso à certidão da sentença.
Os advogados do escritório Zola Bambi e associados tiveram praticamente de se acantonar no tribunal até que a sentença lhe fosse finalmente entregue e se pudesse dar início ao pedido de recurso. Isso sucedeu no dia 5/10/2023.
Até hoje, 26 de outubro, a juíza está a “aguentar” o recurso. Essa maneira de brincar com as vidas alheias e tentar amainar o ímpeto interventivo dos atores sociais não agoira um bom final.
