VIANA: ADMINISTRADOR DEMÉTRIO ACUSADO DE QUERER DESTRUIR CERCA 65 CASAS CONSTRUÍDAS PARA OS CAMPONESES
O Administrador Municipal de Viana, Demétrio Brás de Sepúlveda, está a ser acusado de querer destruir mais de sessenta residências, construídas no perímetro da centralidade 8.000, Distrito Urbano do Zango, pertencente ao grupo de camponeses da Associação Henda, para fins desconhecidos. Denunciaram os supostos proprietários ao Jornal Hora H.

Segundo o secretário-geral da Associação existente desde 1994, Júlio Tchizala, antes da construção das residências, reuniram no Gabinete do Administrador Demétrio para informar sobre o projecto de construção das residências naquela zona, este, por sua vez, autorizou as obras e orientou que deixassem apenas um espaço de 70 metros da parede do hospital erguido no espaço que foi cedido pelos camponeses.
Cumprida a orientação, os camponeses decidiram deixar cerca de 150/300 (mais do que o dobro do solicitado), contactaram um empreiteiro de obras com quem negociaram a construção de mais de 60 casas destinadas aos homens das enxadas que segundo eles, vivem em casas de chapas há mais de 20 anos.
De acordo com o secretário, três meses depois da construção das casas, Demétrio orientou que deve se deixar duzentos e sessenta metros a partir da parede do Hospital, o que segundo a fonte que desconhece porque a administração deseja espaço, caso se cumpra a orientação serão abrangidas para a demolição sessenta e cinco residências acabadas.
“ Uma casa está avaliada em 5 milhões de kwanzas, quem vai nos indemnizar por estas casas”, questionou Júlio Tchizala em entrevista ao Jornal Hora H.
No mesmo local, a administração é acusada pela Associação de ceder um espaço de doze hectares, dos camponeses, a um general identificado apenas por Sebastião que colocou no espaço, areia e pedras para começar uma obra.
Júlio tchizala, conta que há muito tempo tem vindo a lutar para a legalização do espaço mas que tem encontrado barreiras na Administração Municipal de Viana, apesar de já ter pagado mais de 1 milhão de kwanzas ao cofre do Estado.
“ Há dois ou três anos que passamos uma nota no IGCA para a legalização do espaço, mas a administração não está a dar o parecer, já pagamos na fiscalização e pagamos também um milhão e quinhentos e noventa e dois mil e novecentos e sessenta kwanzas, mas até agora nada”.
