Duas pessoas morreram e igual número ficaram feridas em consequência da queda de um contentor de 40 pés por cima de uma viatura de marca Toyota corola, esta sexta-feira, na ponte de betão azul que liga a via expresso ao município de Cacuaco.

Segundo testemunhas no local, os quatro cidadãos, a bordo de um automóvel de marca Toyota Corolla, foram surpreendidos, após o motorista do camião contentorizado com centenas de sacos de ração animal perder o controlo do veículo e embater num muro de protecção e ter deixado cair o contentor.
De acordo com a fonte do Jornal Hora H, dois dos quatro ocupantes da viatura (Toyota) morreram no local do acidente e o motorista do camião encontra-se em fuga.
João Soares, motorista do Toyota, e outro ocupante da viatura foram levados ao Hospital Municipal de Cacuaco, onde receberam atendimento no banco de urgência e horas depois receberam alta médica.
O inspector da Polícia Nacional, afecto ao Comando Municipal de Cacuaco, António Fernando, fez saber que o excesso de velocidade motivou o acidente, acrescentando que só esta semana houve mais três sinistros.
De recordar que é no mesmo local onde houve o acidente do autocarro que levava as mulheres da Igreja Metodista que se deslocavam a província do Uíge e vitimou uma senhora e vários feridos.
