ADMINISTRADORES DO TALATONA E LAR DO PATRIOTA ACUSADOS DE PASSAREM LICENÇA DE CONSTRUÇÃO NO TERRENO EM LITÍGIO
A Associação de camponeses “Ana Ndengue”, acusa os administradores do Município do Talatona Rui Duarte e do Distrito Urbano do Lar do Patriota José Macuanda de estarem a passar licenças de construção no espaço que enfrenta um litígio fundiário com generais da cooperativa “Lar Patriota”, há mais de 20 anos, a denúncia foi avançada pelo advogado Sebastião Assurreira, em conferência de imprensa, na sexta-feira, 30 de Junho, no terreno de mais de trezentos hectares, no município do Talatona, em Luanda.

Segundo Sebastião Assurreira, advogados dos camponeses, depois da requisição feita à direcção da fiscalização do município do Talatona, no ano passado, para que se pudesse suspender todas as obras, enquanto decorre o julgamento, a fiscalização remeteu o documento que orientava a paragem de das obras no local, mas diz que tal documento não está a ser cumprindo, pois que, os administradores do Talatona e do Distrito Urbano do Lar Patriota, continuam a passar licença de construção à associação Lar Patriota.
O Advogado, acusou ainda os administradores Rui Duarte e José Macuanda de demolirem todas as obras feitas apenas pelos camponeses e não tocaram nas da Cooperativa Lar Patriota.
“Por que os camponeses são obrigados a cumprirem com as orientações e o Lar patriota não?” questionou Sebastião Assurreira.
Assurreira entende que, juridicamente, a Cooperativa Lar Patriota não irá ganhar o caso, porém teme perderem o espaço, porque, de acordo com ele, “os juízes não entregam espaços onde já há residências erguidas e a maioria do espaço está ser construído, e se não intervirmos podem construir em todo terreno e já não será possível fazermos nada, por isso, apelamos ao doutor Lucas que decida o mais breve possível, para ver se as senhoras sintam-se a vontade naquilo que é delas por direito”, apelou.
Desconfiado de que os administradores Rui Duarte e José Macuanda estejam a ser corrompidos para o efeito, disse que já escreveu para os acusados a informar que irá processa-los criminalmente caso haver mais licenças de construção estampadas nas obras.
“Temos que parar com isso, dualidade de critérios não podem existir, e eu desconfio que tudo isso só está acontecer porque os administradores municipal e distrital estão a ser corrompidos”.
No princípio do contraditório, o JORNAL HORA H, dirigiu-se a Administração Distrital do Lar do Patriota, onde falou com o administrador para área técnica, Hermínio da Cruz, que justificou que as construções que continuam a ser feitas são de licenças do ano 2020, 2021, a que ele considerou “antigas” e negou a existência de novas licenças de construção.
Voltando ao local, momentos depois da conversa que Hermínio da Cruz negou que fosse gravada, o Hora H teve em posse licenças do ano 2023, passada pela administração municipal do talatona e era notório a presença de homens (pedreiros) a trabalharem em obras com licenças actuais.
