SIC E PNA DETÊM “GATUNOS” DE UM NAVIO DENOMINADO “GARCIA I”
O Serviço de Investigação Criminal, através do seu Departamento Nacional de Investigação Criminal do Porto de Luanda, com destaque para a Polícia Fiscal Aduaneira, SINSE, AGT, SME, detiveram em flagrante delito 11 cidadãos nigerianos, com idades compreendidas entre os 37 aos 52 anos, tripulantes de um Navio Rebocador denominado RUTH de pavilhão Nigeriano, numa altura em que já estavam em movimento há mais de duas milhas da baía da capital angolana.
Segundo a fonte do Hora H, os mesmos rebocaram fraudulentamente o Navio denominado Garcia I, de Direito Angolano, antes pertencente a empresa de transportes marítimos World Wide Internacional e actualmente pertecente a empresa Birlui Holding Internacional, detida por um cidadão Sul Coreano, sem que para tal estivessem devidamente autorizados pelas autoridades marítimas competentes, a sair do território nacional.
De acordo com a fonte, o esquema configurado crime de Furto, foi engendrado pela empresa Birlui Holding Internacional, que suspeita-se ter já vendido o referido navio, e não querendo sujeitar-se aos encargos tributários relativos à venda, atraiu esses tripulantes nigerianos para fazer sair do território nacional o Navio Garcia I, de forma fraudulenta.
Da Investigação preliminar em curso levanta-se fortes suspeitas desses indivíduos não estarem agir de forma isolada, porquanto poderão estar a receber auxílio de outros cidadãos em território nacional, e que o vai aferir nos próximos dias, disse Manuel Halaiwa, porta-voz do SIC-Geral.
Referir que os cidadãos ora detidos serão presentes ao Ministério Público para ulteriores trâmites processuais, enquanto diligências prosseguem para determinar e deter outros envolvidos.
Lembrar que este caso não é novo, porquanto um outro grupo de dez cidadãos nigerianos, tentaram numa acção idêntica no pretérito dia 21 de Março, com um Rebocador de pavilhão Nigeriano, também apreendido, furtar o Navio Petroleiro denominado ” Ngol Dande 1″, propriedade do estado Angolano, afecto a Empresa Sonangol Shipping.
Na sequência da operação foram também detidos 3 cidadãos nacionais, nomeadamente: O Chefe de Secção de Segurança Marítima e Fiscalização- Capitão- José Carlos Rodrigues Amaral, o Oficial de Segurança Marítima- Armando Emílio Nkai, e o Funcionário da Empresa de Embarcação Garcia (Birlui Holding-Luvumbo André Nkosi.
