SIC DETÉM 4 CIDADÃOS POR FRAUDE NO TRANSPORTE DE MAIS DE UM MILHÃO E QUINHENTOS MIL DÓLARES
O Serviço de Investigação Criminal, deteve nesta segunda-feira 15, no Aeroporto Internacional 4 de Fevereiro, quatro (4) cidadãos, sendo três Guineense Conakry e um angolano, com idades compreendidas entre os 27 aos 59, por factos que constituem crime de fraude no transporte ou transferência de moeda para o exterior do país.

Segundo a fonte do Jornal Hora H, os implicados foram flagrados a transportar de forma dissimulada em bagagens de mão, um total de 1.588.850 (Um milhão, quinhentos e oitenta e oito mil e oitocentos e cinquenta dólares norte-americanos), quando pretendiam seguir viagem para Etiópia.
Em declarações a imprensa, Manuel Halaiwa, Director Nacional do Gabinete de Comunicação Institucional e Imprensa do SIC, nesta quarta-feira, 17, referiu que esta detenção é resultado de várias acções operativas desencadeadas pelas forças alocadas com objectivo estratégico, sendo que neste esquema montado, os indivíduos detidos estão na condição de mulas, os três cidadãos estrangeiros são comerciantes, destes, dois exercem actividade comercial na Província de Luanda e um na Lunda Sul, bem como outro Angolano, sendo este último, funcionário de uma empresa prestadora de serviços no referido Aeroporto.
Manuel Halaiwa, avançou ainda que com a devida autorização da SGA (Sociedade Gestora de Aeroporto), foi flagrado no interior da aeronave na bagagem de mão somas avultadas no momento do embarque de passageiros da companhia aérea Ethiopian Airlines que seguiu viagem para Adis-Abeba, tendo sido retirado da aeronave um dos detidos em posse dos valores e procedeu-se a respectiva apreensão.
De acordo com o oficial superior do SIC, as forças apreenderam ainda em posse de um dos detidos, 13 passaportes ordinários, destes 12 emitidos na Republica da Guiné Conacri e um angolano passado em nome de uma cidadã.
“Os valores apreendidos foram entregues ao BNA para depósito na Conta Única do Tesouro e que diligências prosseguem para se determinar os outros integrantes desta rede, sendo que os cidadãos agora detidos serão presentes ao Ministério Público para os ulteriores trâmites processuais” afirmou Manuel Halaiwa.
