Efectivos do Departamento de Investigação de Ilícitos Penais afectos à Esquadra Policial do Panguila procederam, nesta quinta-feira 20, a detenção de três cidadãos nacionais, com idades compreendidas entre os 37 e 38 anos, a bordo de uma viatura de marca Toyota RAV-4 cor verde com a chapa de matrícula LD-49-15-AY, que transportavam três menores de idade, supostamente, a fim de manterem relações sexuais com elas no interior de uma Hospedaria, na localidade do Panguila município do Dande, a troco de valores monetários, diz a missiva enviada a Redacção do Jornal Hora H.

Segundo a fonte, os factos ocorreram, após uma denúncia, de que os referidos cidadãos, provenientes e residentes no município de Cacuaco em Luanda, estavam a levar menores de idade para serem abusadas sexualmente por elementos maior de idade.
Os efectivos abordaram os infractores no interior da referida viatura, no troço rodoviário que liga o mercado do Panguila Velho mais concretamente, defronte ao Cais do Panguila, em posse de três menores com idades de 13 aos 16 anos e residentes igualmente, no município de Cacuaco em Luanda, a fim de, entrarem na Pensão e Hospedaria denominada Kilombo, onde teriam relações sexuais e como pagamento dariam as mesmas 2.000 Kwanzas e bebidas alcoólicas.
Os acusados serão presentes ao Ministério Público para ulteriores trâmites processuais.
