UNITA CRITICA SILÊNCIO DO EXECUTIVO SOBRE VALOR ARRECADADO COM A COBRANÇA DE TESTES DE COVID-19
A UNITA veio exigir que o Executivo apresente o relatório do dinheiro arrecadado com a cobrança dos testes de covid-19 nas estradas do País e de pós-embarque aos passageiros provenientes do exterior.
“Desde que os passageiros que desembarcavam em Luanda deixaram de pagar os testes de Covid-19 à chegada ao aeroporto, em 2022, nunca foi revelado o valor arrecadado durante o período de cobrança. Não há balanço?”, questionou o deputado da UNITA, Félxi Simão, durante a plenária da apresentação da Conta Geral do Estado 2020 que aconteceu na quarta-feira, 19, de Abril.
De acordo com o deputado, desde que o Executivo anunciou o pagamento dos testes de Covid-19, milhões de kwanzas foram arrecadados e não aparecem em nenhum relatório.
“De Cabinda ao Cunene, em todas as estradas do País criaram-se postos de cobrança, mas o Executivo está num silêncio absoluto”, acrescentou o deputado, lembrando que muito material destes testes foi doado pela comunidade internacional, para além do que o próprio Executivo comprou.
Refira-se que o Presidente da República, João Lourenço, promulgou um decreto dia 14 de Abri destes ano, que actualizou novas regras para a gestão administrativa da pandemia.
O decreto assinado pelo Presidente João Lourenço determina ainda que as entradas no território nacional estão dependentes da apresentação de certificado de vacinação que ateste imunização completa “ou, em alternativa, da apresentação de teste” do vírus SARS-COV 2, do tipo RT-PCR, com resultado negativo, efectuado nas 48 horas anteriores à viagem, exceptuando crianças até aos 12 anos.
As saídas do território nacional, segundo o diploma, estão dependentes da apresentação de certificado de vacinação que ateste a imunização completa, sem prejuízo de formalidades adicionais exigidas pelo País de destino.
O decreto estabelece como medida de contenção sanitária a obrigatoriedade da utilização de máscara facial nas unidades sanitárias e nas farmácias ou serviços equiparados, sendo facultativa a sua utilização nos restantes locais de acesso público.
