REGIME DÁ 15 DIAS PARA CAPTURAR “GANGSTA”
Circula em meios do Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC), informações segundo as quais a direcção deste órgão recebeu “orientação superio” determinando que o ativista Nelson Adelino Bamba, mais conhecido por “Gangsta”, seja localizado pelas forças de segurança num espaço de 15 dias. A busca pelo activista entrou em vigor a partir desta segunda-feira (17).
Contra o activista pesa um processo com a referencia 604/021-050SIC/ PGR-635/022-C, na qual é acusado de vários crimes, de dentre os quais, o de injurias contra a imagem do Presidente da República, por alegadamente ter dito durante uma manifestação da UNITA, que o Presidente João Lourenço não governa bem.
No dia 28 de setembro de 2022, o diretor do Gabinete de Estudos, informação e analise, sub-comissário Helder Tomé de Sousa Queiroz produziu um oficio numero 852/GEIA.SIC.MININT/02.DPOC/2022, direcionado aos órgãos centrais do regime, solicitando “orientações superiores” de como deveria actuar contra o activista “Gangsta”. O pedido do sub-comissário Helder Queiroz levou a interpretação de que estaria a propor as autoridades luz verde para proceder com alguma maldade contra o activista “Gangsta”.
Interrogado, na altura pelo SIC, “Gangsta” explicou que (os pronunciamentos) foram feitos num contexto de manifestação, mas que apesar dos excessos nunca teve qualquer intenção em fazer apologia a praticas de crimes e nega categoricamente as acusações a si dirigidas. O procurador José Domingos Henriques Lino, no seu despacho defendeu que a moldura penal contra Nelson Adelino Bamba “Gangsta” é a penalidade de prisão até 3 anos e multa até 360 dias.
Dois dias depois de “Gangster” ter sido interrogado, o procurador José Lino decidiu imitir um termo de identidade e residência (TIR), em que restringe as liberdades do activista, determinado que o mesmo não pode sair do país, ou da província de Luanda sem previa autorização da PGR. Determina ainda que o mesmo não mudar de residência, nem ausentar-se dela por mais de cinco dias, e deve indicar pessoas que tome o encargo de receber notificações. É-lhe ainda solicitado para não perturbar a instrução do processo, e comparecer perante ao instrutor mensalmente.
Depois de receber uma denuncia de que as autoridades planeavam fazer mal contra a sua pessoa, o activista “Gangsta” desapareceu do mapa encontrando-se em parte incerta, num local a que chama de “bunker”. Há algumas semanas irritou o regime angolano ao liderar um novo formato de protesto em que ninguém sai de casa para ir trabalhar.
Sem informação sobre o paradeiro de “Gangsta”, o regime angolano lançou internamente uma campanha para captura do activista. Há relatos que o regime colocou em campo O comissário Fernando Manuel Bambi Receado, para ajudar na localização de “Gangsta”.
