Recentemente o Serviço de investigação Criminal (SIC) apresentaram presumíveis agentes dos crimes de Prostituição.
EXPLICAÇÃO
A Lei n° 38/20 de 11 de Novembro, lei que aprova o Código Penal angolano dispõe o seguinte:
Artigo 1° Só pode ser punido criminalmente o facto descrito e declarado passível de pena.
A Prostituição no Ordenamento jurídico angolano é crime previsto no artigo 190° Tráfico sexual de pessoas
Quem, usando de violência, ameaça manobra fraudulenta, aproveitando a vulnerabilidade de uma pessoa aliciar a prática de Prostituição em país estrangeiro, transpondo-a, alojando-a é punido com a pena de prisão de 2 a 10 anos.

Alínea C), n°1, do artigo 175° Rapto dispõe:
Considera-se rapto quem cometer crime contra a sua autodeterminação sexual é punido com a pena de 1 a 5 anos de prisão.
O acto sexual deve ser feito com a vontade das pessoas, não obstante do casal chinês darem nas 8 chinesas não é causa da exclusão da ilicitude, porque prostituição em Angola é crime.
N°1, do artigo 189° Laticínio dispõe que:
Quem, com intenção de lucro promover, favorecer ou facilitar o exercício da Prostituição aproveitando da situação de necessidade económica usando Violência, ameaça ou fraude é punido de 1 a 8 anos de prisão.
CONCLUSÃO
Sendo que Angola e a China não têm acordo de extradição, estes serão julgados em Angola.
A Prostituição no Ordenamento jurídico angolano é crime, sendo crime devem ser julgados porque a penitenciária (Cadeia) tem dois objectivos:
- a) A privação da liberdade;
- b) Reinserção social;
Depois de ouvidos, sempre com respeito aos princípios da legalidade e presunção da inocência. Serão julgados para a sua recuperação para no futuro serem enquadrados na sociedade e não voltarem a cometerem crimes.
