EMPRESÁRIO PEDRO NETO ACUSADO DE USAR POLICIA NACIONAL COMO MARIONETAS PARA ESBULHO DE TERRAS
O Engenheiro Pedro Neto, proprietário do espaço Ulengo Center é acusado de ser o responsável pelas demolições de mais de 10 residências que estavam a ser erguidas no Distrito Urbano do Zango Zero, município de Viana com o apoio da Polícia da esquadra do Zango

Os populares que quase viram realizado o sonho da casa própria, contam que o espaço é de herança desde o tempo de seus pais e que obtiveram a documentação a partir do Ministério da agricultura, antes responsáveis pela área, mas viram as suas obras demolidas na madrugada de quinta-feira, 10 de Novembro por orientação de Pedro Neto.
“Temos toda documentação em nossa posse e estamos inscritos tanto na administração de Viana como no GADAK e não se percebe como é possível esse invasor afirmar ser o proprietário deste espaço. É incrível que todos terrenos existentes cá na Zona pertence ao Pedro Neto, sem documentação, sem nada e ninguém lhe toma medidas” protestou Fernando Alberto, Tio dos supostos herdeiros.
Manuel Adelino, segurança do espaço, conta que os demolidores chegaram no local as duas horas da madrugada, com quatro máquinas, acompanhados da polícia, homens do Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC) e guarda fronteira, com aproximadamente oito viaturas, dentre as quais três máquina para demolir as residências.
“Eu tive que sair daqui a correr, todo nú em piloto, quando me encontrei com o motorista do tractor ele pensou que sou bruxo, porque se percebessem que era eu eles me davam um tiro na cabeça”.
Carlos Alberto, outro tio dos supostos herdeiros, conta que Pedro Neto é um engenheiro que veio do Governo Provincial de Luanda, e que suas práticas, de usurpação de terrenos, são recorrentes em todos os lugares por onde passa, sem nem se quer recorrer a negociações.

De acordo com as fontes, os prejuízos das demolições estão avaliados em mais de quarenta milhões de kwanzas e revelam que essa não foi a primeira vez que o Engenheiro Pedro Neto manda demolir residência na circunscrição e acontece sempre as noites.
“A minha pergunta é, quem vai repor os danos que ele causou, se o próprio Pedro Neto só aparece as noites com o grupo dele?” questionou um dos proprietários que acusou Pedro Neto de corromper a polícia para não ser tocado.
“Nós quando fomos a esquadra nos queixar, um dos polícias nos revelou que o Pedro Neto lhes corrompeu dez milhões de kwanzas, por isso estão a dar toda facilidade a ele” disse um dos supostos proprietários.
Segundo os declarantes o ex-director executivo do extinto Programa de Habitação Social (PHS), Pedro Neto, conta com a protecção dos agentes da ordem destacados na esquadra do Zango Zero espaço ofertado pelo mesmo para a construção para a construção da referida esquadra.
De acordo com os lesados, que defendem serem os legítimos proprietários do terreno desde 1976, o caso já esteve em tribunal e que este órgão de justiça diferiu a favor dos herdeiros e retirou do local os seguranças posto pelo acusado, e lhes foi entregue o espaço segundo documento apresentado ao Hora H.

Passados dois dias este órgão voltou a contactar e foi novamente atendido por Camia de Carvalho que disse não existir alguém com o nome de Pedro Neto na Instituição.
