CASO JUNTA MÉDICA: JÁ MORRERAM MAIS DE 50 ANGOLANOS ABANDONADOS EM PORTUGAL PELO GOVERNO DE JOÃO LOURENÇO
Pelo menos 50 angolanos enviados pela Junta médica em Portugal, terão falecido nos últimos dois anos depois de abandonados pelo Estado angolano, segundo indica um memorando independente que o Club-K teve acesso.
Até então a capital portuguesa acolhia cerca de doentes angolanos e seus acompanhantes enviados pela Junta Nacional de Saúde de Angola, que era igualmente a entidade responsável pelo alojamento dos mesmos.
Depois de expulsos da acomodação e abandonados pelo governo de Angola na sequência da descontinuidade dos serviços da Junta Nacional de Saúde, estes angolanos passaram a viver por conta própria e risco. De acordo com o memorando, sem alternativa começaram a trabalhar para sua subsistência.
“Fragilizados por falta de medicamentos e alimentação, começaram a trabalhar”, diz o memorando enfatizando que “É lá nos empregos onde começaram a ter sucessivas crises e na sua maior parte encontram a morte”.
Segundo explicação do documento “Quando o governo de Angola encerrou a Junta médica em Portugal, dos 500 doentes sobraram 30, que por sua vez foram seleccionados a dedo, alguns deles familiares e amigos da Ministra Sílvia Lutucuta” que segundo a denuncia “estão em hotéis e nas melhores pensões recebendo um subsídio de mas de 1000 euros enquanto os restantes recebem um subsídio de 200 euros”.
Na sexta-feira passada morreu um doente translado renal de nome Cosme de Almeida que vivia na pensão Luanda. O mesmo trabalhava na mesma pensão como guarda. Diariamente transportava contentores de lixo, conforme indica o documento explicando que em vida o malogrado tinha um braço inchado.
“O esforço físico provocou lhe um enfarte e morreu”, esclarece o documento enfatizando que Cosme de Almeida recebia 200 euros do sector de saúde da embaixada de Angola e que governo deve lhe um ano e meio de subsídio.
Outra paciente transplantada renal de nome Luísa Francisco está foi expulsa em 2020. Não tinha onde ficar. Começou a trabalhar como vigilante num lar de idosos e contraiu uma intenção pulmonar que a levou a morte.
A Junta Médica em Portugal foi encerrada em 2020 a mando do governo do Presidente João Lourenço com o objectivo de refunda-la, o que não veio a se verificar. Em meios do circuito dos doentes angolanos em Lisboa, o entendimento que transmitem é que o objectivo do Chefe de Estado foi de “salvar o seu irmão Manuel Lourenço que ficou como presidente da Junta médica há mais de 20 anos”.
No referido circuito alega-se que “Ele (Manuel Lourenço) foi um dos que beneficiou de milhões de dólares da Junta médica” e que “para não ser investigado pela PGR seu irmão mais novo Presidente de Angola mandou lhe pedir demissão e culparam os doentes de que foram eles que gastaram o dinheiro em Portugal encerrando a Junta Médica”.
“A Junta Médica encerrou na teoria mas na prática os doentes continuam a vir. Todos eles são amigos e familiares da Ministra da saúde ou do regime”, denunciam os angolanos em Portugal, recordando que “a própria Ministra Sílvia Lutucuta no mês de Outubro esteve no Hospital Cruz Vermelha a fazer consultas”, pelo que questionam “Porquê que ela não se tratou em Luanda, onde ela própria diz que o governo construiu hospitais bem equipados”.
Contam ainda que “o cantor Nagrelha continua a tecer tratamento médico por junta médica na cidade do Porto há mais de 6 meses. Ele veio do Hospital Dom Alexandre do Nascimento onde tem equipamentos de ponta”.
Só para citar outro exemplo de que como a evacuação de doentes da Junta médica é com cunha, os angolanos na capital portuguesa ressalvam que “o presidente da junta médica Francisco Pascoal enviou recentemente para Portugal seu irmão e uma tia” pelo que “Não se sabe com que critério, uma vez que estão alojados na pensão Alvalade, enquanto outros doentes com poucos recursos estão a ser enviados para África do Sul”.
Reclamam ainda que “Até presente data o Governo de Angola não explicou que já terminou o processo de refundação da junta médica mas os doentes continuam a ser enviados para as mesmas pensões e hospitais em Portugal onde o Ministério da saúde tem dívidas avultadas” e que em face disso “Muitos não conseguem realizar consultas nem exames por causa da dívida. Outros não conseguem levantar certos medicamentos devido às elevadas dívidas do sector de saúde da embaixada de Angola em Portugal”.
