ENFERMEIROS ENTRAM EM GREVE A PARTIR DE SEGUNDA-FEIRA EM TODO O PAÍS
Os enfermeiros angolanos vão entrar em greve a partir da próxima segunda-feira, por não terem sido atendidas as suas reivindicações pela entidade patronal, anunciou hoje o sindicato nacional desses profissionais de saúde.
O secretário-geral do Sindicato Nacional dos Enfermeiros, Cruz Matete, referiu que o caderno reivindicativo, de 15 pontos, foi submetido ao Ministério da Saúde no passado dia 07 de outubro e apenas no dia 26 receberam resposta da entidade patronal.
“Ontem [quinta-feira] realizámos a assembleia, passámos em revista ponto por ponto, dos 15 pontos constantes do caderno reivindicativo, de acordo as respostas do Ministério da Saúde, que não satisfaz. Na assembleia os profissionais decidiram paralisar a partir do dia 07 de novembro, segunda-feira, às 08:00, em todas as unidades sanitárias”, disse Cruz Matete em declarações à Rádio Nacional de Angola.
O responsável sindical salientou que o sindicato está disponível para negociar, frisando que durante a paralisação serão assegurados os serviços mínimos conforme determina a Lei da Greve.
“Haverá redução de 50% da força de trabalho nos serviços de urgência, nomeadamente bancos de urgência, salas de parto, bloco operatório, cuidados intensivos, hemodialise e internamento”, indicou.
Para os serviços de consulta externa e ambulatório estarão encerrados todos esses serviços nas unidades sanitárias públicas do território nacional, observou Cruz Matete.
Segundo o secretário-geral do Sindicato Nacional dos Enfermeiros, a primeira reivindicação exige a reposição imediata das horas acrescidas, com base no Decreto 175/2022, que regula as horas acrescidas a serem pagas aos profissionais de enfermagem.
“Tem que ser 48 horas por semana, o que acontece é que nos primeiros meses, maio, junho, julho, o ministério estava a pagar as 149 horas por mês, mas de agosto para cá já não estão a pagar”, disse, adiantando que a “reposição imediata” das horas é “a primeira preocupação”.
Além disso, os profissionais de enfermagem angolanos reclamam o pagamento do subsídio da covid-19 e também o pagamento do incremento de 6% do salário base para os técnicos de enfermagem da terceira classe especializada.
“Não beneficiaram até à data presente, já pagaram julho, agosto, setembro até outubro e até hoje não recebem o seu ordenado de acordo com o incremento de 6%”, comentou.
Outra preocupação é a questão da transição, assinalou: “Houve transição em 2019, e muitos dos colegas deveriam transitar para a categoria de técnico de segunda, não transitaram e continuam desde 2019 até hoje na mesma categoria”, adiantou.
