PERSEGUIÇÃO: TCHIZÉ DOS SANTOS AMEAÇA JOÃO LOURENÇO
A empresária Tchizé dos Santos, filha do ex-Presidente angolano José Eduardo dos Santos, ameaçou hoje manifestar-se defronte da embaixada angolana em Londres se continuar a ser alvo do que considera ser uma perseguição do Presidente de Angola.
A ameaça, feita através de um áudio divulgado nas redes sociais, está relacionada com a retirada, em 30 de Setembro passado, da licença de actividade bancária do Banco Prestígio, fundado pela empresária.
No áudio, Tchizé alerta para a vergonha que o seu gesto representa para a imagem do Governo de Angola perante a comunidade internacional.
A empresária declarou ainda que nunca recebeu “um tostão de nenhuma transferência bancária” do seu falecido pai e que não herdou nenhuma herança até ao momento, nem teve acesso a nenhum dinheiro do Estado angolano, não vendo assim razões para a perseguição que diz estar a ser alvo por parte do Governo do Presidente João Lourenço.
“Eu peço-lhe senhor João Lourenço: Saiba que eu não me chamo José Eduardo dos Santos, eu não sou o meu pai. O senhor já se vingou (…) já se riu o suficiente, para com isto (…)”, pede ainda a empresária.
“Eu nunca exerci nenhum cargo no Governo ou de gestão do dinheiro do Estado (…) Qual é o problema que o Estado angolano tem comigo? Se isto continuar, eu vou me dirigir… eu aqui na Inglaterra mesmo irei fazer uma manifestação sozinha (…) com um cartaz a dizer: “João Lourenço: Eu não sou o meu pai”, reitera, no áudio.
Na passada sexta-feira, um comunicado de imprensa assinado pelo presidente do Conselho de Administração do Banco Prestígio, Tito Luís Perdigão Abrantes Zuzarte de Mendonça, revela que o Banco Nacional de Angola (BNA) “revogou a licença” de actividade daquele banco, fundado pela empresária.
Segundo Tito Zuzarte de Mendonça, a revogação da licença bancária foi feita sem que o BNA tivesse dado “resposta definitiva” ao Banco Prestígio a uma proposta de solicitação de autorização de venda de 80% de acções do banco.
A venda de 80% das acções tinha como objectivo ultrapassar os constrangimentos alegadamente provocados pela não libertação de fundos depositados à ordem no Banco Económico, instituição bancária de direito angolano.
A não libertação daqueles valores representa “uma transgressão clara à legislação vigente”, considera Tito Zuzarte de Mendonça no comunicado.
