TENTATIVA DE HOMICÍDIO: AGENTE DA POLÍCIA TENTA EXECUTAR A ESPOSA COM 6 TIROS
Roberto Kimbamba Andrade, efectivo da Policia Nacional enquadrado na 44ª esquadra do Distrito Urbano da Estalangem município de Viana província de Luanda, esta a ser acusado pelos familiares da vítima de tentar matar a esposa na última sexta-feira 09, com seis tiros.

Segundo a fonte do Jornal Hora H, o referido atirador é agente de 2ª da Polícia Nacional, e tudo aconteceu após uma discussão alegadamente por ciúmes no bairro papá Simão em Luanda.
De acordo com a fonte, o caso ocorreu por volta das 6 horas desta na residência do casal após frenética discussão desencadeada por ciúmes por parte do agressor para com a vítima, sua esposa por esta ter questionado o horário incomum que o Agente chegou a casa após uma noite fora da família.
Achando impróprias as questões que lhe eram feitas, iniciou-se uma troca de palavras entre o casal, o que levou o suposto agressor a desembainhar a arma em sua posse e desferir dolosamente 6 tiros à vítima, “com a clara intenção de silenciá-la para sempre”, afirmou a fonte.
De acordo com a fonte do Jornal Hora H, depois de realizar o acto supostamente premeditado, o suposto assassino correu para esquadra conhecida por 44, onde é efectivo, a fim de esconder-se da vizinhança que ao ouvir os disparos correram para o local e foi possível socorrer a vítima que aparentava estar sem os sinais vitais.
“Levaram-na às urgências de uma unidade hospitalar mais próxima visando salvar aquela vida vítima da incongruência da irresponsabilidade e da psicopatia de quem lhe deveria proteger”, disse a fonte.
O processo tramita na mesma unidade policial com o número 13.230/22-VN-C.
Segundo a fonte, até ao momento desconhece-se qual a real intenção do Comandante e do Procurador da 44ª Esquadra que alega-se que o mesmo conduz o processo com vícios. ” Presume-se que o comandante da conhecida esquadra 44 tenha posto em liberdade o infractor cometendo dessa forma mais um crime. Portanto, apela-se aos órgãos competentes que reponham a legalidade e que se provando o grau de culpabilidade do suposto infractor, o mesmo esteja a contas com a justiça, pelo menos é o que a família desesperadamente clama”.
