ELEIÇÕES: TEMPO DE ANTENA DAS FORÇAS POLÍTICAS CONCORRENTES
As forças políticas concorrentes observaram, terça-feira, o terceiro dia da exploração do Tempo de Antena, no prosseguimento da campanha às Eleições Gerais de 24 de Agosto, onde procuram reforçar as acções políticas implementadas para conquistar o voto do eleitorado. Hoje, mostramos, com base na apreciação jornalística, o que “eles disseram nos tempos na Rádio”.
MPLA
O cabeça-de-lista do MPLA às Eleições Gerais de 24 de Agosto próximo, João Lourenço, sublinhou, terça-feira, que todas as conquistas alcançadas, nos últimos cinco anos, “não são do Governo, não são do MPLA nem do Presidente, pois pertencem a todos os angolanos”.
“Estamos a construir um país com mais saúde, mais educação e desenvolvimento. “Isso não pode parar”, vincou João Lourenço, tendo realçado, a propósito, a saúde que, em tempos normais, é sempre prioridade, ganhou “ainda” mais importância com a pandemia da Covid-19.
Referiu que, além dos hospitais de campanha, o Governo aproveitou o momento para resolver problemas e carência do sistema de saúde, cujos benefícios os angolanos sentem dentro de casa no alívio da mãe que vê um filho curado. O líder do MPLA precisou que “nunca se investiu na saúde em tão pouco tempo em Angola”. Para o segundo mandato, caso vença as eleições, João Lourenço prometeu investimentos na área da Oncologia. “Farei tudo no sentido de cobrir essa lacuna”.
De acordo com o MPLA, os resultados no sector da Saúde não são apenas dos profissionais, são sobretudo resultados de cada trabalhador envolvido nas obras que ergueram hospitais, maternidades e centros especializados. “O importante é que, nestes últimos cinco anos, continuamos a fortalecer o país com obras em outras áreas fundamentais, como escolas, energia, portos, aeroportos, iniciativas que aceleraram o nosso desenvolvimento”, ressaltou o candidato do MPLA a Presidente da República às Eleições Gerais de 24 de Agosto.
O partido no poder aproveitou os seus 10 minutos para destacar, também, as principais unidades de saúde reabilitadas e erguidas em Luanda, nomeadamente o Complexo Hospitalar de Doenças Cardio-Pulmonares Cardeal Dom Alexandre do Nascimento, Instituto Hematológico Pediátrico de Luanda e o Hospital Materno-Infantil “Manuel Pedro Azancot de Menezes”, que estão a disposição da população.
UNITA
A UNITA, caso vença as Eleições Gerais de 24 de Agosto, propõe a construção e reabilitação de estradas e vias que ligam os centros de produção aos centros de distribuição e mercado.
Segundo a mensagem, o partido pretende subvencionar os meios de produção, fertilizantes e sementes para chegar aos agricultores a preços acessíveis, bem como formar os agentes técnicos ligados ao sector da Agricultura e Pecuária.
Destacou, ainda, a criação de pequenas unidades de indústrias formadoras próximas dos principais centros, impulsionar a produção da cesta básica de forma consistente.
CASA-CE
A CASA-CE emitiu extractos das intervenções do presidente do partido, Manuel Fernandes, na abertura da campanha eleitoral, no município do Cazengo, província do Cuanza-Norte, onde destaca
facto de o país estar a viver um período importante da democracia “em que o poder é devolvido ao povo”.
Na mensagem, a coligação insistiu na necessidade de experimentar a alternância política em todo o país, tendo apelado ao respeito aos símbolos partidários. “Estamos aqui para vos dizer que no dia 24 votem certo”, acrescentou.
Manuel Fernandes disse que conhece o sofrimento do povo porque anda e fala com o povo. Referiu ser proveniente de uma família humilde e prometeu governar com amor, caso seja eleito para liderar o país.
PRS
O PRS traçou a solução de desenvolvimento político do país na proposta de programa de Governo para o período 2022-207, na qual realça o federalismo como modelo de governação. O presidente do partido, Benedito Daniel, assegura a garantia da democracia nas instituições do Estado, e pretende promover a reconciliação nacional, o patriotismo, afirmar a cidadania, conferir às autoridades tradicionais como reis, príncipes e sobas a sua autenticidade cultural.
A construção de mais infra-estruturas para acomodar os serviços de Justiça a todos os níveis da Administração do Estado, garantir justiça e liberdade às associações não governamentais constam, igualmente, da visão estratégica do candidato do PRS às Eleições Gerais.
“Nós prevemos para Angola um desenvolvimento económico sustentável com olhos no interior do país. A indústria deve ser feita em Angola”, disse Benedito Daniel, sublinhando a necessidade de mais produção local e menos importação.
FNLA
A FNLA reafirmou que a ideologia do partido tem como filosofia cristã assente no nacionalismo angolano e coloca o homem no centro das preocupações, dando ênfase aos valores históricos, culturais e morais, uso dos costumes e respeito pela propriedade privada.
Perspectiva a indicação dos governadores pelos vencedores das legislativas e a sua nomeação pelo Chefe de Estado, cuja eleição será feita com base no resultado das eleições legislativas.
No quadro do sistema político, o partido entende que só se pode criar um Estado democrático e de direito com base na separação e independência dos três poderes, nomeadamente o Executivo, Legislativo e Judicial.
Em caso de vitória, a FNLA tem como meta promover a eleição dos administradores locais, por sufrágio universal directo, e os administradores regionais, de forma indirecta, por via dos conselhos de administradores locais.
APN
O partido APN centrou-se no sector da Saúde, onde refere ser necessário que se tomem medidas certas para controlar as principais doenças, destacando a “saúde como um bem precioso”.
Segundo a proposta de governação da APN, o país possui potencialidades que podem fazer com que os angolanos tenham melhores condições.
Por isso, prometeu em caso de vitória apostar na construção de fábricas de medicamentos, a fim de beneficiar os pacientes com HIV-Sida, hipertensão e malária. Para a APN, é hora de mudar a política no sector da Saúde, mantendo o foco na vida dos angolanos.
PHA
Por sua vez, a líder do Partido Humanista de Angola (PHA) disse que os jovens não têm perspectivas, pelo que se deve criar políticas para esta franja obter educação e mais emprego. Florbela Malaquias realçou que pretende, caso vença as eleições, melhorar as condições sociais da juventude, proporcionando-lhes mais oportunidades.
Na sua intervenção, pediu união entre as mulheres rumo à melhoria das condições sociais e desenvolvimento do país. Lembrou que elas, por serem a maioria, precisam de um lugar de destaque na sociedade. Reiterou, igualmente, o discurso da humanização territorial.
P-JANGO
O presidente do partido P-NJANGO, Dinho Chingunji, apelou ao voto no seu partido, tendo prometido, para tal, ter as “soluções sustentáveis” para o país, que, passa a aplicar, caso lhe seja depositada a confiança para governar Angola.
O político disse que terá a missão de acolher todos os cidadãos, independentemente das suas capacidades económicas. Apontou, também, novas políticas a nível da governação, sobretudo nos sectores da Saúde, Educação e Habitação.
O P-NJANGO, avançou, é um partido moderado que está próximo das culturas africanas, que orientam à resolução dos problemas com responsabilidade, liberdade, segurança e prosperidade.
