Luanda – Investigadores angolanos, Manuel Afonso e João Milano, vão apresentar no próximo dia 05 de Agosto, em Luanda, seguido de uma tertúlia, um retrato em livro sobre “Os pecados mortais no Ensino, na Avaliação e na aprendizagem”, em Angola, bem como “Os poderes abusivos: as avarias de um país em autodestruição”.

O objectivo do evento é reflectir com a sociedade e,a comunidade académica em particular, sobre os temas propostos nas obras e se encontrar caminhos para soluções.
Para o Investigador Manuel Afonso os pecados que enfermam o processo de ensino em Angola resultam de desvios de práticas educativas e instrutivas comparadas com as concepções teóricas e a política educativa do Estado angolano. Por sua vez o sociólogo João Milando propõe novos conceitos para a área de sociologia. Nesta perspectiva, apresenta as avarias sociais como consequências da actuação do poder abusivo no país.
“É um contributo para produção da resposta sobre o que se pode fazer para melhorar a qualidade de ensino em Angola, explica o académico Manuel Afonso.
«Mergulhámos na política educativa do Estado angolano e nas concepções teóricas sobre a educação escolar hoje e, concluímos existirem desvios significativos das práticas educativas e instrutivas», afirma o investigador para quem «a obra pecados mortais está a dizer-nos que as nossas práticas educativas têm estado a desviar-se daquilo que são as normas constituídas para que se pudesse produzir a educação de qualidade que todos nós desejamos».
“PODERES ABUSIVOS”
O académico João Milando propõe por seu lado novos conceitos analíticos na área de sociologia no seu estudo sobre “Poderes abusivos: as avarias de um Estado em autodestruição”
«Poderes abusivos são todas as estruturas dinâmicas e sociais que moldam a vida das populações no sentido de levá-las a adoptarem comportamentos que ofendam os interesses de emancipação colectiva do país», referiu.
«Todo o conjunto de elementos que condicionam os angolanos no sentido de fazer com que adoptem uma postura que contraria as lógicas colectivamente mais sancionadas pelas populações, que prejudicam os interesses nacionais, é isto que nós achamos de poderes abusivos. E, estes poderes podem ser encontrados nas mais diversas estruturas. Não são poderes de uma pessoa. São poderes de instituições, que estão dentro de estruturas», salientou o académico.
