No dia 13/01/2020, foi remetida a Administração Distrital do Camama, uma Solicitação/Pedido de Licença de Vedação de Terreno, cujo processo, após a devida tramitação, foi processado ao Gabinete do Senhor Administrador Adjunto para área Técnica, Aberto Guilherme, sem nunca ter dado despacho do referido processo há mais de 2 anos.

Após varias reclamações, junto da Administração, inclusive com varias denuncias ao Senhor actual Administrador do Distrito Urbano do Camama, Arlindo Francisco Vieira dos Santos e ao Administrador Municipal do Talatona, Rui Duarte, sempre a mesma atitude, sem nenhuma resposta.
A Senhora representante da Empresa EM-GENGO CONSTRUÇÕES LDA., coagida pelo Senhor Administrador Adjunto para área Técnica, do Distrito Urbano do Camama, Aberto Guilherme, exigindo que o pagamento fosse realizado numa determinada empresa, dando o IBAN, afirmando categoricamente que sem o referido pagamento, a Empresa EM-GENGO CONSTRUÇÕES LDA., não tinha como começar as obras de vedação, a representante da referida empresa, fez o pagamento em 2 prestações: O Primeiro Pagamento no valor de 3 milhões de kwanzas foi realizado no dia 30/07/2021, da conta bancária da referida empresa, posteriormente soubesse para a empresa do actual Administrador Adjunto para área Técnica, do Distrito Urbano do Camama, Senhor Aberto Guilherme, A.G. ENGENHARIA, Lda.
Comprovativo do Segundo Pagamento, realizado no dia 02/08/2021 a Empresa a A.G. ENGENHARIA, Lda., do Senhor Alberto Guilherme, Administrador Adjunto para área Técnica, do Distrito Urbano do Camama.
Portanto, há quase 1 ano que os pagamentos foram realizados a mando do Senhor Guilherme, na conta bancária da sua empresa privada, sendo que até hoje, não emite a respectiva Licença de Vedação do Terreno, ainda assim, a representante da referida empresa, é ameaçada, pelo facto de não ter a Licença, a mando e encoberto por indivíduos com ligações ao Senhor Alberto Guilherme, Administrador Adjunto para área Técnica, do Distrito Urbano do Camama, Sócio maioritário da Empresa A.G. – Engenharia.
Inclusive, autos de apreensão de material são efectivamente executados quer pela Administração do Distrito Urbano de Camama, como do Município de Talatona, sem o mínimo de bom senso, do facto de a referida empresa, estar a ser vitima de Esbulho e Burla, como prova os pagamentos a empresa do Administrador Adjunto, Alberto Guilherme, como prova a identificação da referida empresa, sendo que as letras das iniciais da denominação da empresa, são as inicias do nome do Administrador, Alberto Guilherme.
